ServiceNow - Service Architect

Description

We are seeking a highly skilled ServiceNow - Service Architect with 8-10 years of experience to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing and implementing ServiceNow solutions that meet our business needs, ensuring high-quality service delivery and user satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement ServiceNow solutions based on business requirements.
• Lead the architecture and design discussions for ServiceNow implementations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of ServiceNow with other systems.
• Provide expert guidance and support to development teams during the implementation phase.
• Conduct workshops and training sessions for stakeholders on ServiceNow functionalities.
• Analyze and troubleshoot issues within the ServiceNow platform to enhance performance and user experience.

Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator and/or Certified Implementation Specialist certifications are preferred.
• Strong understanding of ITSM, ITOM, and ITBM modules within ServiceNow.
• Proficiency in scripting languages such as JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
• Experience with ServiceNow integration methods (REST, SOAP, etc.).
• Knowledge of ServiceNow best practices and methodologies.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work with various stakeholders.
