We are looking for an experienced Senior ServiceNow Developer with 4+ years of hands-on ServiceNow development experience and strong expertise in ITOM.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and implement ServiceNow ITOM solutions.
- Configure and support Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management, and CMDB.
- Develop workflows, business rules, client scripts, integrations, and automation solutions.
- Manage CMDB health, data reconciliation, and governance.
- Integrate ServiceNow with monitoring tools, cloud platforms, and third-party systems.
- Perform platform upgrades, enhancements, troubleshooting, and performance optimization.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver scalable solutions.
- Provide technical guidance and best practices to team members.
Requirements
- 4+ years of ServiceNow development experience.
- Strong hands-on experience with ITOM modules (Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management, CMDB).
- Good understanding of CSDM, IRE, MID Servers, and Service Graph Connectors.
- Strong scripting skills using JavaScript and Glide API.
- Experience with REST/SOAP integrations.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- ServiceNow certifications (CSA, CAD, CIS-Discovery, CIS-Service Mapping, or CIS-Event Management).
- Experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP integrations.
- Agile/Scrum experience.
- Immediate availability is highly preferred.
