Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced
ServiceNow Senior Developer with strong development and administration expertise to design, configure, and support ServiceNow applications. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with ITSM processes, scripting, and platform customization, along with excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the administration, configuration, and ongoing maintenance of the ServiceNow platform.
- Design, develop, and implement ServiceNow applications and modules following best practices.
- Support solution design to meet business and technical requirements.
- Troubleshoot and resolve platform issues to ensure optimal performance and reliability.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop system integrations and maintain data consistency.
- Assist with ServiceNow upgrades, patches, and enhancements.
- Create and maintain technical documentation, including configurations, processes, and user guides.
- Provide technical support and conduct training sessions for end users.
Mandatory Skills & Requirements
- 45 years of hands-on experience in ServiceNow Development.
- Experience in ServiceNow Administration.
- Strong understanding of IT Service Management (ITSM) processes.
- Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
- Experience with database concepts and SQL queries.
- Solid understanding of ServiceNow platform capabilities and architecture.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and debugging skills.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
Preferred / Optional Skills
- Experience with ServiceNow CMDB (Configuration Management Database) optional, not mandatory.
- ServiceNow certifications such as Certified System Administrator (CSA) or Certified Application Developer (CAD).
- Experience working in Agile / Scrum environments.
