Job Description

  • Analysis of functional requirement specifications received from Stakeholders proposing the technical feasibility and solution
  • Implementation experience of ITSM and ITOM suite of applications in ServiceNow
  • End to End Implementation Experience of various modules in ServiceNow at least 2 major engagements
  • Understanding of ServiceNow overall architecture, design and integrations
  • Share best practices with the team and provide consultation to Process and Technical teams on application capabilities
  • Certified Implementation Specialist ITSM
  • Product knowledge on Security Operations and Employee workflow products
