We are seeking a highly skilled Senior ServiceNow Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in designing, developing, and implementing ServiceNow solutions that enhance IT Service Management (ITSM), CSM, and other business workflows. The role involves collaborating with business stakeholders, architects, and developers to deliver scalable and efficient ServiceNow applications.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and customize ServiceNow applications and modules based on business requirements.
- Interact with customer for requirements gathering and implement the solution.
- Develop and implement ServiceNow solutions including but not limited to ITSM, CSM.
- Work on ServiceNow scripting (Business Rules, Script Includes, Client Scripts, UI Policies, UI Actions, Scheduled Jobs, etc.).
- Develop and configure Flow Designer, Integration Hub.
- Implement integrations between ServiceNow and third-party tools using REST/SOAP APIs, MID Server, and Integration Hub.
- Optimize performance and troubleshoot issues related to ServiceNow applications.
- Ensure adherence to best practices, security standards, and compliance requirements.
- Provide guidance and mentorship to junior developers.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance and expand ServiceNow capabilities.
