About the Role
We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow Consultant/Developer with at least 6 years of hands-on ServiceNow experience to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have strong technical expertise across the ServiceNow platform and be capable of delivering end-to-end implementations, enhancements, and support for enterprise clients
As part of our digital transformation initiatives, successful candidates will also have opportunities to work on AI-driven projects. Comprehensive AI training and development programs will be provided to support upcoming project requirements
Key Responsibilitie
- Design, develop, configure, and customize ServiceNow solutions
- Implement and support ServiceNow modules such as ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, HRSD, CSM, or SecOps
- Gather business requirements and translate them into technical solutions
- Develop workflows, integrations, scripts, business rules, UI policies, and catalog items
- Perform system testing, troubleshooting, and production support
- Collaborate with stakeholders, business users, and technical teams to ensure successful project delivery
- Participate in system upgrades and platform optimization initiatives
- Contribute to AI-enabled automation and digital transformation projects
Requirement
- Minimum 6 years of hands-on ServiceNow experience
- Strong experience in ServiceNow development and administration
- Experience with JavaScript, REST/SOAP APIs, integrations, and workflow automation
- Proven experience in ServiceNow implementation projects
- ServiceNow certifications are mandatory (CSA required; CIS certifications are advantageous)
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to work independently and within a collaborative team environment
