Key Responsibilities & Requirements

We are looking for a candidate with strong hands-on expertise in ServiceNow Software Asset Management Professional (SAM Pro) and Application Portfolio Management (APM).

Must-Have Skills:

• Strong expertise in ServiceNow SAM Pro and APM
• Hands-on experience in Software Asset Lifecycle Management, from procurement through retirement
• Strong knowledge of License Management, Compliance, and Reconciliation
• Good understanding of:
• Software Entitlements
• Software Normalization
• License Metrics
• CMDB relationships
• IT Asset Management (ITAM) processes
• Experience with data imports, reconciliation, and asset normalization
• Hands-on experience in SAM compliance reporting and dashboards
• Strong development experience with:
• JavaScript
• Glide API
• Business Rules
• Client Scripts
• Script Includes
• ACLs
• Flow Designer / Workflows
• Experience with ServiceNow integrations, including:
• REST / SOAP APIs
• Integration Hub
• MID Server
• Proven experience in end-to-end ServiceNow SAM implementations and migrations

Ideal Candidate

A strong candidate should have a combination of ServiceNow SAM functional expertise and hands-on development experience, with the ability to work on implementation, customization, integration, migration, and compliance requirements.
