Role Description

This is a full-time and remote role for a ServiceNow SAM Developer. The professional in this role will be responsible for the development, implementation, and customization of ServiceNow Software Asset Management (SAM) solutions. Key day-to-day tasks include designing workflows, performing integrations with other systems, automating processes, and ensuring compliance with licensing policies. The SAM Developer will collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet client requirements and deliver robust solutions.

Qualifications

• Strong foundation in Computer Science and understanding of Software Development principles
• Proficiency in Back-End Web Development and Programming
• Experience in Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) and practical application in development
• Prior experience with ServiceNow SAM solutions is highly desirable
• Ability to understand and work with licensing models and compliance requirements
• Strong problem-solving and debugging skills
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills for team-based projects
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
• ServiceNow Developer or SAM certification is a plus
