ServiceNow RPA Developer

Project Description:

We are seeking a skilled ServiceNow RPA Developer to design, develop, and deploy robotic process automation solutions within the ServiceNow platform. The ideal candidate will work closely with business stakeholders, architects, and developers to automate manual processes, improve operational efficiency, and ensure scalable automation solutions aligned with enterprise standards.

Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and implement RPA solutions using ServiceNow RPA Hub

Analyze business processes to identify automation opportunities

Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to gather requirements

Build reusable automation components and workflows

Integrate ServiceNow RPA with internal and external systems

Perform unit testing, integration testing, and support UAT activities

Monitor bot performance and troubleshoot production issues

Optimize existing automations for performance and reliability

Maintain technical documentation and automation runbooks

Follow ServiceNow development best practices and governance standards

Support CI/CD pipelines and deployment activities

Ensure security and compliance requirements are met

Mandatory Skills Description:

2+ years of experience in RPA development

Hands-on experience with ServiceNow RPA Hub

Strong knowledge of ServiceNow platform and scripting (JavaScript)

Experience with REST/SOAP APIs and system integrations

Understanding of workflow automation and orchestration

Experience with debugging and troubleshooting automation workflows

Familiarity with ServiceNow Flow Designer

Knowledge of version control tools (Git preferred)

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Good communication and stakeholder management skills

Nice-to-Have Skills Description:

ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)

ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD)

Experience with other RPA tools (UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism)

Experience with Agile/Scrum delivery model

Knowledge of ITSM processes

Experience with CI/CD and DevOps practices
