Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and highly skilledServiceNow QAto join our team. The ideal candidate will have5+ years of hands-on experienceworking with theServiceNow platform, particularly inITSM,CMDB,HRSD,Discovery, and other core modules. The candidate should be an expert inmanual and automated testing, includingfunctional testing,API testing, andUI testing. A key responsibility of this role is ensuring thequality, performance, andreliabilityof ServiceNow applications and integrations. This individual will be responsible for developing and executing test plans, performing integration and regression testing, and troubleshooting complex ServiceNow configurations. The role requires proficiency with tools such asServiceNow Automated Test Framework (ATF),Postman,Selenium, and other testing tools, working closely with Agile teams to ensure smooth project delivery and high-quality results.

Key Responsibilities:

·ServiceNow Platform Expertise:

oDemonstrate a deep understanding ofServiceNow modulessuch asITSM,CMDB,HRSD,Discovery, andService Portal.

oValidate ServiceNow portal customizations, widgets, UI components, and integrations with third-party systems.

oTestServiceNow translationsand language packs for multi-lingual support.

oWork onPOC testingfor new features and modules before deployment.

o

·Test Planning & Execution:

oLead the creation, execution, and maintenance of comprehensivetest plans,test cases, andtest scripts.

oPerformfunctional,regression,integration,security, andperformancetesting for various ServiceNow modules.

oValidate configurations, customizations, and integrations for both standard and third-party solutions.

oConductUser Acceptance Testing (UAT)and support business users during test execution.

·Automation & Technical Testing:

oUtilizeServiceNow Automated Test Framework (ATF)to automateUIandAPItests.

oDevelopautomation scriptsusingSelenium,TestNG,JavaScript, andJelly Scriptfor efficient regression testing.

oPerformAPI testingusingREST/SOAPframeworks with tools likePostmanandSoapUI.

oTestworkflow automation,business rules, andscript includeswithin ServiceNow.

·Integration & Customization Testing:

oConduct thoroughintegration testingto ensure seamless interaction between ServiceNow and other business-critical systems (e.g.,Active Directory,LDAP,third-party APIs).

oValidatecustom UI componentsdeveloped withHTML,CSS,JavaScript, andPowerShell scripts.

oTestPowerShellscripts,automated workflows, andServiceNow integration configurations.

·Defect Management & Reporting:

oIdentify, log, track, and managedefectsusing tools likeJiraorServiceNow's Defect Managementsystem.

oWork closely withdevelopersto troubleshoot issues, validate fixes, and ensure timely defect resolution.

oCommunicatetest resultsanddefect statusto stakeholders and project teams.
