What will your role look like
- Lead the planning, execution, delivery, and governance of ServiceNow implementation and transformation initiatives.
- Manage end-to-end ServiceNow implementation projects, ensuring delivery within scope, timeline, and budget.
- Develop detailed project plans, roadmaps, and delivery schedules aligned with organizational goals.
- Work closely with ServiceNow architects, developers, infrastructure teams, and business stakeholders to drive successful project outcomes.
- Facilitate Agile/Scrum ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
- Prepare and manage key project documentation including BRD (Business Requirement Documents), RACI matrices, project plans, and status reports.
- Identify project risks, dependencies, and mitigation strategies while ensuring effective project governance and stakeholder communication.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful ServiceNow platform adoption and integration with infrastructure systems.
- Track project progress, manage resources, and ensure adherence to Agile, Scrum, and project management best practices.
- Provide regular project updates, reporting, and executive-level communication to leadership and stakeholders.

We would like you to bring along
- 10–15 years of overall IT experience with strong background in project management and ServiceNow implementations.
- Experience managing ServiceNow implementation or transformation projects.
- Strong understanding of the ServiceNow platform and its capabilities.
- Background in infrastructure projects or IT service management environments.
- Hands-on experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies, Agile Scrum delivery models, and sprint management.
- Experience creating and managing BRD, RACI matrices, project plans, and project governance documentation.
- Strong skills in project planning, risk management, stakeholder communication, and delivery management.
- Certifications such as PMP or Scrum Master preferred.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Good-to-have skills
- Experience working with ServiceNow modules such as ITSM, CSM, ITOM, or v.
- Familiarity with ServiceNow implementation lifecycle and platform governance.
- Experience managing large enterprise digital transformation initiatives.
- Exposure to resource management, budgeting, and vendor coordination.
- Experience with project management tools such as Jira, Confluence, or similar platforms.
- Knowledge of ITIL processes and service management frameworks.
