Urgent Hiring – ServiceNow Project Manager

Location: Bangalore (Preferred) | Noida | Pune

We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow Project Manager to lead end-to-end ServiceNow implementation, enhancement, upgrade, and support projects while driving successful delivery across cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end ServiceNow projects from initiation to closure

Develop project plans, schedules, budgets, resource plans, and delivery milestones

Lead Agile ceremonies (Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Reviews & Retrospectives)

Coordinate with Developers, Architects, Business Analysts, QA, and business stakeholders

Manage project scope, risks, timelines, budgets, and quality

Drive stakeholder communication, status reporting, and release planning

Oversee testing, deployment, change management, and project handover

Ensure adherence to ServiceNow best practices, governance, and SDLC processes

Required Skills

5+ years of Project Management experience with ServiceNow projects

Experience managing ServiceNow implementation, enhancement, or support engagements

Strong knowledge of ServiceNow modules such as ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, HRSD, CSM, SPM, GRC, SecOps, and CMDB

Experience with Agile (Scrum) and Waterfall methodologies

Expertise in project planning, budgeting, resource management, and risk management

Hands-on experience with Jira, Azure DevOps, Microsoft Project, or similar tools

Excellent communication, leadership, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills

Preferred Certifications

PMP

Certified Scrum Master (CSM)

ITIL Foundation

ServiceNow CSA / CIS
