Work model: Hybrid minimum 3 days/week onsite, remaining days remote (subject to client policy)

Note: hands-on ServiceNow development (JavaScript, server- and client-side scripting, integrations, workflows)

Summary

Seeking a Senior ServiceNow Privacy Management Engineer to lead design, development, and implementation of Privacy Management solutions. The role requires deepexpertisein ServiceNow, data privacy regulations, and the ability to guide junior engineers and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Lead configuration and enhancement of Privacy Management modules (DSAR, consent, data inventory, assessments).

Develop complex workflows, scripts, and integrations with personal data systems.

Drive requirements analysis, solution design, and technical documentation.

Ensure compliance with privacy regulations (GDPR, CCPA, PDPB) and internal policies.

Mentor junior engineers and collaborate with IT, legal, and compliance teams.

Oversee testing, deployment, upgrades, and best practices.

Required Skills

5+ years ServiceNow development experience with Privacy Management or related modules.

Strong scripting (JavaScript), Flow Designer, Business Rules, and integration skills (REST/SOAP).

Deep understanding of privacy frameworks, data protection, and regulatory requirements.

Excellent communication, leadership, and solution-design skills.

Preferred

ServiceNow CSA and CIS Privacy Management certifications.

Experience with IRM/GRC, Security Operations, or enterprise integrations.

Agile/Scrum project experience.
