ServiceNow Presales Consultant

Role Overview:

This role will play a critical part in driving our pre-sales function by working closely with sales and delivery teams to design solutions, create technical proposals, and support deal closures.

Key Responsibilities:

Understand client requirements and design end-to-end ServiceNow solutions

Prepare and submit high-quality technical proposals (RFP/RFI/RFQ)

Conduct client demos, workshops, and solution presentations

Work on effort estimation, solution architecture, and pricing inputs

Collaborate with internal teams to ensure strong proposal submissions and smooth transition to delivery

Required Skills:

3-5 years of hands-on experience in ServiceNow

Exposure to modules like ITSM, ITOM, CSM, or HRSD

Proven experience in technical proposal creation and submission

Strong communication and client-facing skills

Preferred:

ServiceNow certifications (CSA/CAD or relevant modules)

Experience in IT services / consulting environments
