Role Overview
We are looking for a
ServiceNow Portal Developer (Contractual) to support ongoing portal development and customization initiatives. The role requires hands-on experience with ServiceNow Service Portal, modern UI development, and API integrations.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, customize, and enhance ServiceNow Service Portal applications.
- Configure and customize ServiceNow modules, workflows, and UI components.
- Build user interfaces using React and Seismic design components.
- Develop and modify Service Portal widgets using JavaScript and AngularJS.
- Consume and develop REST APIs for integrations with third-party systems.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver portal enhancements on time.
- Troubleshoot portal issues and optimize performance.
- Follow ServiceNow best practices for security, performance, and scalability.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 24 years of hands-on experience as a ServiceNow Portal Developer.
- Strong understanding of the ServiceNow platform (configuration, customization, integration).
- Proven experience in ServiceNow Service Portal development.
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript and AngularJS.
- Experience building UIs using React.
- Experience working with Seismic design system/components.
- Strong experience in consuming and developing REST APIs.
- Ability to work independently in a remote contractual setup.
