ServiceNow Portal Developer

Description

We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow Portal Developer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining the ServiceNow portal for our clients. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of ServiceNow and its various modules, and be able to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain ServiceNow portals for clients
• Collaborate with team members to identify and prioritize requirements
• Develop custom workflows and integrations with third-party systems
• Test and debug portal functionality
• Provide technical guidance and support to clients and team members
• Stay up-to-date with ServiceNow releases and best practices

Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field
• 3-5 years of experience developing ServiceNow portals
• Expertise in ServiceNow modules such as ITSM, ITOM, and HR
• Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and AngularJS
• Experience with REST and SOAP APIs
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• ServiceNow certifications (such as Certified Application Developer) preferred
