Job Description

We are looking for a technically strong ServiceNow professional to act as the customer-side owner for ServiceNow RUN services.

This role focuses on technical governance, operational oversight, and solution validation delivered by the ServiceNow partner. The ideal candidate combines hands-on ServiceNow background with operational experience and is able to challenge technical solutions while ensuring platform stability and service quality.

The individual will manage supplier performance, drive major incident resolution, and ensure all changes and enhancements are technically sound, scalable, and aligned with ITIL and ServiceNow best practices.

Your tasks

  • Owning end-to-end RUN operations for the ServiceNow platform
  • Governing managed service partner delivery against SLAs and KPIs
  • Reviewing and challenging technical designs, integrations, and solution approaches
  • Ensuring stability, performance, and scalability of the platform
  • Managing major incidents and escalations, and driving permanent resolutions
  • Validating the quality, sustainability, and operational readiness of changes and enhancements
  • Leading operational governance forums and stakeholder reporting
  • Driving continuous improvement initiatives and reduction of technical debt

Requirements

  • Hands-on ServiceNow experience (development, configuration, or technical consulting background preferred)
  • Strong functional knowledge of ServiceNow ITSM, HRSD, and CSM
  • Extensive experience with supplier-led delivery models and operational governance
  • Expertise in ITIL v4 processes and Service Operations
  • Mandatory integration knowledge, including APIs, middleware, and system dependencies
  • Proven ability to manage escalations and senior stakeholder communications
  • Experience leading and managing large or distributed teams
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and continuous improvement mindset

  • ITIL 4 Foundation
  • Certifications: ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA), ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist ITSM, ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist CSM or HRSD
