ServiceNow Platform Manager

We are currently looking for ServiceNow Platform Manager to join a fast growing product based Organisation in Pune.

Role: ServiceNow Platform Manager

Location: Baner, Pune

Note: This is a full time role, 5 Days on-site role based at Orbia Global Capability Center in Pune

Relevant Experience:

Academic Level: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) or Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) is preferred.

Knowledge & Experience:

• 7+ years of ServiceNow experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
• ServiceNow Platform Management: Experience overseeing ServiceNow architecture, development, and administration - MUST
• Technical Knowledge: Proficiency in JavaScript, Angular, Powershell Glide API, REST/SOAP APIs, and integration methods.
• Automation & Scripting: Expertise in scripting, workflow automation, and ServiceNow Flow Designer.
• ServiceNow Modules: Strong knowledge of ITSM, ITOM, SPM, HRSD, SecOps, and custom applications- MUST
• Tools & Platforms: Experience with Integration Hub, MID Server, and performance analytics.
• Leadership & Strategy: Ability to define platform strategy and lead a team effectively.
• Agile & DevOps: Familiarity with Agile methodologies, CI/CD, and version control (Git).
• Experience managing ServiceNow development teams and enterprise implementations.
• ITIL certification -MUST
