ServiceNow Platform Architect

Overall Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the current and future functionality of the ServiceNow platform and its relevance to the organization.
• Design and implement high-quality ServiceNow solutions that enable enterprise architecture objectives and business needs.
• Collaborate with IT and business stakeholders to define system requirements and document architectural artifacts to enable secure, compliant, and resilient ServiceNow platform solutions.
• Lead architecture and design sessions; advocate best practices and optimal design techniques to ensure performance and scalability.
• Provide expert guidance to development teams on technical issues, modern integration techniques, and ServiceNow best practices.
• Provide architecture leadership for the end-to-end lifecycle for ServiceNow implementations including design, configure, test, deploy, and maintain.
• Prepare and present architectural artifacts and technical presentations to senior management and other key stakeholders; obtain architecture review board approval in support of ServiceNow platform solutions and integrations.
• Ensure compliance with security standards and practices in the ServiceNow environment.
• Act as a mentor to junior architects, developers, testers, product owners, providing leadership to enhance their skills and understanding in ServiceNow technologies.
• Provide oversight, architectural direction, and recommendations for data integrations to ensure data quality and best practices are adhered to for integration of data into the ServiceNow CSDM.

Qualifications:

- Certified ServiceNow Technical Architect (Must Have)

- Bachelors or master s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field.

- 5+ years of experience in designing and implementing ServiceNow solutions.

- Strong understanding of ITSM, ITOM, ITRM, ITBM, ITVM, BCM, SPM, UPM-X, CSM, and SecOps modules within ServiceNow.

- Experience with JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and integrating third-party APIs with ServiceNow.

- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under tight deadlines.

Experience:

• At least 10 years of experience in software development and leading technology projects
• Proven track record of delivering projects using emerging technologies
• Experience in mentoring and guiding junior team members
• Experience in working with cross-functional teams

Day-to-Day Activities:

• Manage the development and delivery of projects using emerging technologies
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with the organizations overall strategy
• Evaluate and recommend new technology solutions to improve business processes
