We're a fast-growing ServiceNow consultancy operating at the forefront of CRM and order management transformation. We're looking for an exceptional ServiceNow Order Management professional to take a senior role(s) in a flagship delivery programme. Whether you come as an Architect/Lead or a highly experienced Senior Developer with deep configuration expertise, you'll be joining an exceptional team, committed to delivering a positive impact to our clients businesses. 

You'll work at the heart of complex, enterprise-scale order management engagements, helping clients design and deliver scalable orchestration and fulfilment solutions on the ServiceNow platform. This is a hands-on role with real technical influence, and the opportunity to shape best practices across a growing practice.

Key Responsibilities

• Leading or contributing to the end-to-end design and implementation of ServiceNow Order Management solutions
• Configuring and customising OM capabilities to support sophisticated order orchestration and fulfilment workflows
• Partnering with client stakeholders to define scalable, future-proof order management processes
• Driving integrations with fulfilment, inventory, and operational systems
• Providing technical leadership and platform best practice guidance across delivery teams
• Operating within agile, collaborative environments on high-profile enterprise transformation programmes

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Strong commercial experience with ServiceNow Order Management — this is non-negotiable. 
• Deep hands-on knowledge of order orchestration, decomposition, and fulfilment workflows.
• Solid ServiceNow configuration and development skills across the platform
• Experience delivering within complex, high-volume enterprise environments
• Comfort operating independently in senior technical or architectural roles
• Clear, confident communication with both technical teams and business stakeholders
• Background in industries where order management complexity is high, including (but not limited to) telecoms, utilities, or other service-heavy sectors
• Relevant ServiceNow certifications
• Experience across large-scale ServiceNow implementations
• Integration experience with OSS/BSS or comparable operational systems will be highly desirable.
