For an international organization, we are urgently looking for a Full REMOTE ServiceNow Operations Analyst.
Your responsibilities:
- Manage and support Service Catalog Operations, including catalog tasks, ritms and workflows.
- Handle and resolve Incidents and service requests within defined SLA's.
- Monitor and maintain day-to-day platform operations to ensure system stability and performance.
- Assist in platform upgrades, patches and enchancements including impact analysis and validations.
- Perform basic configuration and scripting tasks as per best practices to support implementation of new features and improvements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather, refine, and document requirements (user stories).
- Maintain and update technical documentations for the implemented features/improvements.
- Contribute to building standardized processes and reusable solutions.
- Support testing activities including UAT and defect resolution.
Your profile:
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience working with the ServiceNow platform, preferably in Service Catalog Operations.
- Basic understanding of ITIL concepts and practices.
- Familiarity with ServiceNow modules like Incident, Problem, Change, and strong understanding of Service Catalog and Request Management.
- Basic knowledge of ServiceNow Configuration and scripting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Proven technical writing and documentation skills.
- Fluent oral and written in English.
