Job Description:

Must-Have

• Deep expertise in ServiceNow platform development (JavaScript, GlideScript).

• Experience with Now Assist capabilities, AI-driven development.

• Proficiency in configuring & developing used cases in core ITSM/ NowAssist modules.

• Strong understanding of web services (REST/SOAP) and APIs.

Good-to-Have

• Knowledge of JIRA & OMS with SNOW Integration Scenario
• Familiarity with Service Portal and UI customization
• Experience with Integration Hub, REST/SOAP APIs
