Job Summary
We are seeking a highly experienced ServiceNow Multi-Module Architect to design and lead enterprise-scale implementations across multiple ServiceNow modules. This role requires deep platform expertise, cross-functional knowledge, and the ability to architect integrated solutions that align with business and IT strategies.
Key Responsibilities
- Define end-to-end architecture for ServiceNow implementations spanning multiple modules
- Lead solution design across modules such as:
- ITSM (Incident, Problem, Change)
- ITOM (Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management)
- HRSD (HR Service Delivery)
- SPM (Strategic Portfolio Management)
- CSM (Customer Service Management)
- SecOps / GRC
- Ensure seamless integration and data flow across modules and external systems
- Collaborate with enterprise architects, stakeholders, and business leaders to define roadmap and strategy
- Establish governance, standards, and best practices for ServiceNow development
- Drive platform scalability, performance optimization, and security compliance
- Lead technical design workshops and architecture reviews
- Mentor developers, leads, and module architects
- Oversee integrations (REST, SOAP, MID Server, IntegrationHub, APIs)
- Ensure alignment with enterprise architecture and cloud strategies
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Deep expertise in ServiceNow platform architecture and multi-module implementations
- Strong hands-on experience across at least 3–4 ServiceNow modules
- Proficiency in:
- Flow Designer & IntegrationHub
- Scripting (JavaScript, Glide APIs)
- CMDB architecture and data modeling
- Experience with enterprise integrations and middleware tools
- Strong understanding of ITIL and IT operations processes
- Experience with Agile and DevOps practices
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
Preferred Qualifications
- ServiceNow Certified Technical Architect (CTA) (highly preferred)
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)
- Multiple CIS certifications (ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, SPM, etc.)
- Experience in large-scale digital transformation programs
- Exposure to cloud ecosystems (Azure, AWS, GCP)
