Job description
Developer Lead - Looking for a Lead developer and SME who have hands on experience in ITSM, ITOM - CMDB, Discovery, Automation and SPM but not limited to.
- ServiceNow ITOM Expertise:Proven experience in implementing and managing ServiceNow Discovery and Event Management solutions.
- CMDB Knowledge:Strong understanding of the CMDB lifecycle, including discovery, service mapping, and CI data integrity.
- Integrations:Hands-on experience with REST, SOAP, and API integrations for systems like AD, MID Servers, and credential stores.
- Technical Skills:Proficiency in JavaScript and the ability to develop custom patterns and workflows.
- Cloud Infrastructure:Experience with cloud-native infrastructure and cloud discovery tools.
- CSDM Framework:Strong knowledge of the Common Service Data Model (CSDM).
- Hands on Script automation, backend development, understanding of ITSM, RPA, ability to use flow designer and design workflows.
- Channel the team and adhere them to build per the Architecture design.
- Core strength in architecting design solutions.
- Automation experience will be a big plus.
- Ability to participate and contribute to pre-sales, presentation, and build technical road map.
- Understand and estimate the effort and project cost.
