SERVICENOW LEAD DEVELOPER / ARCHITECT

We're looking for an experienced ServiceNow Lead Developer / Architect who can go beyond development — someone who can think architecturally, challenge design decisions, lead technical initiatives, and build scalable enterprise-grade ServiceNow solutions.

Role: ServiceNow Lead Developer / Architect

Experience: 12+ years of ServiceNow experience

Location: Chennai preferred / Bangalore

Work Mode: Hybrid – 3 Days WFO

CTC: Up to 40 LPA

Shift: UK Shift – 2:00 PM to 11:00 PM

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

Strong hands-on experience across the ServiceNow platform

Proven expertise in ServiceNow architecture, application design & development

Strong experience in any 2+ of the following modules:

• ITSM

• ITOM

• CMDB

• SPM

• Now Assist

Strong experience with ServiceNow integrations & custom applications

Excellent knowledge of JavaScript & ServiceNow scripting

Strong hands-on experience with Glide APIs

Experience with REST/SOAP integrations

Ability to design scalable, secure, and maintainable ServiceNow solutions

Strong technical leadership and architectural decision-making skills

WHAT YOU'LL DO

Own the architecture and technical design of enterprise ServiceNow solutions

Lead development and implementation of complex ServiceNow applications

Review and challenge technical/design decisions to ensure scalability and best practices

Drive integrations with enterprise applications and external systems

Provide technical leadership and mentorship to development teams

Translate business requirements into robust ServiceNow solutions

Ensure solutions follow ServiceNow best practices, security standards, and architectural principles
