Job Description
- ServiceNow ITSM Lead
- Experience:7-10 years
- Budget:25 LPA
- Location: Mumbai – Airoli
- Work Model: Hybrid – 2–3 days/week from office
- Working Hours: 11:00 AM – 8:00 PM
- Immediate to 15 days notice period
Key Skills & Expertise:
Deep expertise in ServiceNow ITSM workflows and ITIL process implementations
Hands-on experience with App Engine Studio, Flow Designer & Workspace
Strong experience building custom applications / low-code solutions
Enterprise integrations using Integration Hub, REST/SOAP APIs, Webhooks, JDBC & MID Server
Advanced JavaScript / GlideScript expertise
Strong knowledge of Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes & UI Actions
Experience with Service Portal widgets, AngularJS, HTML & CSS
Good understanding of performance tuning, upgrade planning, Instance Scan & HealthScan best practices
