Job Description

  • The ServiceNow developer specializing in the ITSM module will be responsible for designing; developing; and maintaining features.
  • The incumbent should have an advanced Strong expertise in JavaScript programming
  • The ability to create reports; dashboards; including Performance Analytics and prepare package and component deliveries; and a good understanding of HTML and Angular technologies.
  • Manage tables; forms; business rules; system configuration
  • Develop and maintain client-side scripts and server-side scripts on the ServiceNow platform.
  • Create Business Rules and Scripted REST APIs to automate processes and enhance operational efficiency.
  • Design and generate relevant reports to highlight information.
  • Utilize the Performance Analytics tool to analyze data and identify potential improvements.
  • Design and develop custom dashboards to enable stakeholders to visualize key performance indicators and make data-driven decisions.
  • Prepare packages and components related to developments made.
  • Ensure clear and comprehensive documentation to facilitate deployment and delivery management.
  • Design, develop and enhance the service portal using HTML and Angular languages and/or UI Builder module.
  • Ensure a user-friendly interface and optimal user experience for system users
