Develop and configure ServiceNow ITSM modules: Incident, Problem, Change, Request.
Implement workflows, business rules, client scripts, UI policies, and notifications.
Integrate ServiceNow with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs.
Maintain CMDB and ensure data accuracy and integrity.
Support ITOM processes like Discovery, Service Mapping, and Event Management.
Strong understanding of ITSM processes and ITIL framework.
Experience with ITOM and CMDB implementation.
Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, GlideScript, and ServiceNow APIs.
Experience with Service Portal and Flow Designer.
Preferred: ServiceNow certifications (CSA, CAD, ITSM, ITOM Implementation Specialist).
