Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow ITSM Developer with strong hands-on expertise in implementing and configuring ServiceNow ITSM modules. The ideal candidate should have solid experience in ServiceNow development, integrations, and end-to-end lifecycle delivery in enterprise environments.

  • Implement and configure ServiceNow ITSM modules
  • Incident Management
  • Problem Management
  • Change Management
  • Knowledge Management
  • Service Catalog
  • Develop and customize ServiceNow applications based on business requirements
  • Work on ServiceNow data migrations and integration activities
  • Build and configure Virtual Agent and Mobile App capabilities
  • Develop solutions using JavaScript, Jelly, Web Services, XML, HTML, and CSS
  • Perform Unit Testing
  • Perform System Integration Testing
  • Support User Acceptance Testing
  • Work with SQL databases like Oracle and MySQL
  • Work with LDAP and Active Directory integrations
  • Ensure high availability across development, test, and production environments
  • Follow Agile/Scrum methodology and SDLC best practices

Required Skills

  • Strong hands-on experience in ServiceNow ITSM development
  • Experience in data migration and integration
  • Proficiency in JavaScript and ServiceNow scripting
  • Experience with REST and SOAP APIs
  • Knowledge of SQL and LDAP queries
  • Understanding of ITIL processes
  • Experience in Agile/Scrum environments

Preferred

  • ServiceNow Certified System Administrator
  • Experience in enterprise-scale implementations
