Job Overview
We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow ITSM Developer with strong hands-on expertise in implementing and configuring ServiceNow ITSM modules. The ideal candidate should have solid experience in ServiceNow development, integrations, and end-to-end lifecycle delivery in enterprise environments.

- Develop and customize ServiceNow applications based on business requirements
- Work on ServiceNow data migrations and integration activities
- Build and configure Virtual Agent and Mobile App capabilities
- Develop solutions using JavaScript, Jelly, Web Services, XML, HTML, and CSS
- Perform Unit Testing
- Perform System Integration Testing
- Support User Acceptance Testing
- Work with SQL databases like Oracle and MySQL
- Work with LDAP and Active Directory integrations
- Ensure high availability across development, test, and production environments
- Follow Agile/Scrum methodology and SDLC best practices
Required Skills
- Strong hands-on experience in ServiceNow ITSM development
- Experience in data migration and integration
- Proficiency in JavaScript and ServiceNow scripting
- Experience with REST and SOAP APIs
- Knowledge of SQL and LDAP queries
- Understanding of ITIL processes
- Experience in Agile/Scrum environments
Preferred
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator
- Experience in enterprise-scale implementations
