Role Overview

We are seeking a skilled ServiceNow ITSM Developer to design, develop, and implement solutions on the ServiceNow platform, focusing on IT Service Management (ITSM) modules. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in ServiceNow configuration, scripting, and integrations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and develop ServiceNow applications and modules, primarily ITSM (Incident, Problem, Change, Request).
  • Configure workflows, business rules, UI policies, client scripts, and notifications.
  • Develop and maintain Service Catalog items and Request workflows.
  • Implement integrations with third-party systems using REST/SOAP APIs.
  • Perform customization and enhancements based on business requirements.
  • Ensure compliance with ServiceNow best practices and coding standards.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve platform issues and provide ongoing support.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver solutions.
  • Prepare technical documentation and participate in UAT and deployment.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Strong experience in ServiceNow development (ITSM modules).
  • Proficiency in JavaScript, Glide API, and ServiceNow scripting.
  • Hands-on experience with Service Catalog, Flow Designer, and IntegrationHub.
  • Knowledge of CMDB, Discovery, and Asset Management is a plus.
  • Familiarity with ServiceNow upgrades and instance management.
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA).
  • ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD).
  • Experience with ITIL processes and frameworks.
