- 8+ years of experience on the ServiceNow platform
- 5+ years of strong hands-on experience in ServiceNow ITOM
- Expertise in Discovery (Cloud & Infrastructure) and troubleshooting
- Strong knowledge of CMDB, IRE, CSDM, and data governance
- Experience in Event Management & AIOps
- Strong understanding of MID Server architecture (HA, DR, scaling)
- Experience designing enterprise-scale ITOM implementations
- Ability to create HLDs and future-state architecture designs
