5. Utilizing flow designer for ServiceNow.

1. how to prepare design documentation for ServiceNow forms.

2. catalog development.

Role descriptions / Expectations from the Role

1Provide architectural and design oversight to ensure all solutions are fit for purpose and use.

2Understand the current as is processes and deliver toolset changes based on upcoming process changes.

3Customization or development of enhancement requests for existing ITSM/ITOM tools and processes

4Work closely with BA's, Architects, Testing team and process teams.

5Take respective ownership as an individual contributor throughout the project lifecycle.
