ServiceNow ITOM Architect

We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow ITOM Architect to lead the design and implementation of scalable IT Operations Management (ITOM) solutions. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Discovery, Service Mapping, CMDB, Event Management, and integrations, with a strong understanding of cloud and on-premises infrastructure. You will work closely with business and technical stakeholders to deliver robust, high-performing ServiceNow solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and govern ServiceNow ITOM solutions, ensuring scalability, performance, and data accuracy.
• Architect and implement ITOM modules, including Discovery, Service Mapping, CMDB, and Event Management.
• Design integration solutions using REST APIs, SOAP APIs, IntegrationHub, and MID Servers.
• Develop and maintain CMDB architecture, ensuring data quality and governance.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Optimize platform performance and ensure adherence to ServiceNow best practices.
• Support cloud and on-premises infrastructure integration across enterprise environments.
• Provide technical leadership, solution guidance, and architecture recommendations.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in ServiceNow development and architecture.
• Strong expertise in ServiceNow IT Operations Management (ITOM).
• Hands-on experience with Discovery, Service Mapping, CMDB, and Event Management.
• Experience with AIOps is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of integration architecture, REST APIs, SOAP APIs, IntegrationHub, and MID Servers.
• Good understanding of cloud platforms such as AWS and Microsoft Azure, along with on-premises infrastructure.
• Strong platform architecture, scripting, performance tuning, and troubleshooting skills.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and solution design capabilities.

Certifications

Mandatory:

• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)
• Certified Implementation Specialist – Discovery (CIS Discovery)

Preferred:

• Certified Implementation Specialist – Service Mapping
• Certified Implementation Specialist – Event Management
• ServiceNow Certified Technical Architect (CTA)
