ServiceNow ITOM Architect

We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow ITOM Architect to design, develop, and implement scalable ServiceNow IT Operations Management (ITOM) solutions.

Notice Period: Immediate / 30 Days

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement end-to-end ServiceNow ITOM solutions aligned with business and technical requirements.
• Lead the architecture, configuration, and implementation of ServiceNow ITOM modules.
• Configure and optimize Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management, and CMDB.
• Design and maintain robust CMDB data models, relationships, and data quality standards.
• Implement and optimize Discovery schedules, patterns, probes, sensors, and MID Servers.
• Integrate ServiceNow with monitoring tools, cloud platforms, and third-party systems.
• Define ITOM architecture standards, best practices, governance, and technical roadmaps.
• Collaborate with infrastructure, cloud, network, security, and application teams.
• Troubleshoot complex ITOM issues and ensure platform performance, scalability, and reliability.
• Lead technical discussions, solution reviews, and knowledge-sharing sessions.
• Mentor developers and technical teams and ensure adherence to ServiceNow best practices.

Required Technical Skills

• Strong experience in ServiceNow platform architecture and ITOM implementations.
• Expertise in ServiceNow ITOM modules:
• Discovery
• Service Mapping
• Event Management
• CMDB
• Service Graph Connectors
• Health Log Analytics, where applicable
• Strong knowledge of MID Server architecture, configuration, and troubleshooting.
• Experience with Discovery patterns, probes, sensors, and identification and reconciliation rules.
• Knowledge of Configuration Management Database (CMDB) design, CSDM, and data governance.
• Experience integrating ServiceNow with monitoring tools and external systems using REST APIs, SOAP APIs, and IntegrationHub.
• Understanding of cloud infrastructure, including AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Knowledge of ITIL processes and IT service management practices.
• Experience with ServiceNow scripting, including JavaScript, Business Rules, Script Includes, and Flow Designer.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder-management skills.
