We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow ITOM Architect with a strong background in designing and implementing enterprise-scale ServiceNow solutions. The ideal candidate should possess deep expertise in ITOM modules, particularly Discovery, and have experience leading end-to-end implementations in an Architect capacity.

Key Requirements:

• 10+ years of overall IT experience
• 8+ years of ServiceNow implementation/development experience
• 3+ years of experience as a ServiceNow Architect
• Strong hands-on expertise in ServiceNow ITOM
• Extensive experience with Discovery Module (Mandatory)
• Experience leading 2-3 end-to-end ServiceNow ITOM implementations from scratch
• Strong understanding of CMDB, Service Mapping, Event Management, and platform architecture
• Ability to design scalable and enterprise-grade ServiceNow solutions
• Excellent stakeholder management and solutioning skills

Preferred Candidate Profile:

• Strong architecture and solution design background
• Hands-on approach with ServiceNow ITOM suite
• Experience in enterprise-level ServiceNow transformations
