Job Description

Key Responsibilities:
ServiceNow ITOM Implementation:Design, configure, and implement ServiceNow ITOM solutions for full-stack observability, includingDiscovery, Service Mapping, Event Management, and AIOps.
Integrate ServiceNow ITOM with existing monitoring tools (Splunk, Datadog, Prometheus, New Relic, Dynatrace) to centralize event correlation and root cause analysis.
Automate IT operations workflows usingServiceNow Orchestration and AI-driven insights.
Observability Strategy Optimization:Define and implement best practices forreal-time monitoring, event correlation, and incident response.
Developdashboards, reports, and KPIsto track system health, performance, and availability.
EnsureCMDB (Configuration Management Database) accuracyto support automated service mapping and dependency tracking.
Integration Automation:Work withDevOps, Cloud, and IT teamsto integrate ServiceNow ITOM withhybrid and multi-cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP).
Implementautomation for self-healing IT operationsand proactive issue resolution.
EnhanceITSM (ServiceNow IT Service Management) workflowsby integrating observability insights.
Incident Problem Management:Set upalerting and event correlation rulesto reduce noise and improve incident detection.
Supportroot cause analysis and proactive problem resolutionusingOperational Intelligence Predictive AIOps.
Required Skills Qualifications:
Experience:4-7 yearsof experience inIT operations, Observability, ServiceNow ITOM implementation.
Hands-on experience withServiceNow Discovery, Event Management, and Service Mapping.
Strong understanding ofITIL practicesand IT operations workflows.
Technical Skills:Proficiency inServiceNow ITOM, CMDB, and automation workflows.
Experience integratingmonitoring tools(Splunk, New Relic, Datadog, Prometheus, etc.) with ServiceNow.
Knowledge ofAPIs, scripting (JavaScript, Python, PowerShell), and automation frameworks.
Familiarity withcloud observability toolsfor AWS, Azure, and GCP.
Soft Skills:Strong problem-solving skills with a focus onproactive IT operations.
Excellentcommunication and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to work incross-functional teamswith IT, DevOps, and business units.
