Job Description
Role: ServiceNow ITAM (SAM/HAM)
Experience: 5 to 12yrs
Location: TCS-Yamuna Tower VI, Assotech Business Cresterra, Plot No.22, Noida-Greater Noida Expy, Sector 135, Noida, Uttar Pradesh 201304

Responsibilitie
- Strong experience in ServiceNow platform development (JavaScript, Glide APIs).
- Hands-on experience with ITAM modules – HAM & SAM (SAM Pro preferred).
- Knowledge of CMDB, Discovery, and ServiceNow data model.
- Experience with workflow automation and integrations (REST/SOAP APIs).
- Understanding of software licensing models and compliance management.
- Familiarity with ITIL processes and best practices.
