JOB Description:
MUST HAVE:
- Design and develop solutions within the ServiceNow ITAM module (Hardware Asset Management, Software Asset Management).
- Configure and customize ServiceNow applications using scripting (JavaScript, Glide APIs).
- Manage asset lifecycle processes including procurement, deployment, maintenance, and retirement.
- Integrate ServiceNow with third-party tools and systems (e.g., SCCM, Active Directory, discovery tools).
- Develop workflows, business rules, UI policies, client scripts, and catalog items.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Ensure data accuracy and compliance within the CMDB and asset repositories.
- Perform system testing, troubleshooting, and performance optimization.
- Provide ongoing support and enhancements for ITAM solutions.
