We are looking for a ServiceNow ITAM expert with strong experience in managing hardware and software asset lifecycle using ServiceNow.
Key Responsibilities
- Implement and manage ServiceNow ITAM modules – HAM & SAM
- Maintain accurate asset lifecycle, compliance, and reconciliation
- Handle software license management and optimization
- Integrate asset data with CMDB and procurement systems
- Support audits and ensure license compliance
Required Skills
- Strong experience in ServiceNow ITAM (HAM/SAM)
- Hands‑on with asset lifecycle management and reconciliation
- Good understanding of IT assets, contracts, and licensing models
- ServiceNow ITAM certification is a plus
