Job Description : 

We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow ITAM Engineer / Developer with strong expertise in Hardware Asset Management Professional (HAM Pro) modules and solid JavaScript development skills. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience working on ServiceNow IT Asset Management solutions, specifically HAM Pro. Experience in Software Asset Management Professional (SAM Pro) will be an added advantage.

Required Skills:

• Minimum 3+ years of experience in ServiceNow ITAM development.
• Strong hands-on experience with HAM Pro modules (mandatory).
• Experience with SAM Pro preferred.
• Strong JavaScript and ServiceNow scripting knowledge.
• Experience with Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, CMDB, Discovery, REST/SOAP APIs.
• Knowledge of ITIL / IT Asset Management processes.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.

Mandatory Certifications:

• CSA - Certified System Administrator
• CAD - Certified Application Developer

Preferred Qualifications:

• ServiceNow ITAM certifications (HAM / SAM).
• Experience in enterprise ServiceNow implementations.
• Knowledge of Agile / Scrum methodology.
