Job Description

We are seeking a ServiceNow ITAM Developer with hands-on experience in developing and customizing IT Asset Management solutions on the ServiceNow platform. The ideal candidate should have expertise in Hardware Asset Management (HAM), Software Asset Management (SAM), ServiceNow scripting, integrations, and platform customization.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and customize ServiceNow ITAM solutions (HAM/SAM).
Configure Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes, UI Policies, UI Actions, and Flow Designer.
Build and maintain Service Catalog items and workflows.
Develop integrations using REST/SOAP APIs and IntegrationHub.
Support CMDB, Discovery, asset lifecycle management, and platform enhancements.
Troubleshoot issues and participate in ServiceNow upgrades and releases.

Required Skills

5 to 10+ years of ServiceNow development experience.
Hands-on experience with ServiceNow ITAM (HAM/SAM).
Strong knowledge of JavaScript, Glide API, Flow Designer, and IntegrationHub.
Experience with CMDB, Discovery, REST/SOAP APIs, and ServiceNow integrations.
Good understanding of ITIL processes.

Preferred Certifications

ServiceNow CSA
ServiceNow CAD
CIS-HAM and/or CIS-SAM (preferred)
ITIL Foundation (preferred)
