ServiceNow IRM specialist - 12 months - India/Remote
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the development, configuration, and customization of ServiceNow IRM modules, including:
- Advanced Risk
- Audit Management
- Policy and Compliance Management
- Vendor Risk Management (VRM)
- Regulatory Change Management
- Business Continuity Management (BCM)
- Design and build IRM workflows, scoring methodologies, entity scoping, and Risk Assessment Methodologies (RAM).
- Configure and customize functional data such as notifications, Service Level Agreements (SLAs), and reporting.
- Develop and manage script objects, including:
- Business Rules, Script Includes, UI Policies and UI Actions, Client Scripts, Access Control Lists (ACLs), Flows and Workflows
- Hands-on experience working with CMDB and CSDM capabilities.
Preferred Qualifications/Certifications:
* ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA).
* ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist Risk and Compliance (GRC CIS).
* ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD).
