 5+ years of ServiceNow experience; 4+ years specialized in IRM/GRC. • Hands-on expertise with: o Policy & Compliance Management o Risk Management o Audit Management o Vendor Risk Management o Indicators / Evidence / Assessments o Workspace configurations (GRC, Risk, Audit) • Strong knowledge of: o Regulatory & compliance frameworks (ISO, NIST, SOC, PCI, GDPR, HIPAA, RBI, SOX, etc.) o Risk scoring, control testing, control libraries o Issue and remediation lifecycle • Strong development experience: o JavaScript, Glide API, Script Includes o Flow Designer & IntegrationHub o ACLs, security, roles • Excellent communication and business consulting skills. Preferred Skills • ServiceNow certifications: o CSA — Certified System Administrator o CIS-IRM / CIS-GRC o CAD — Application Developer • Exposure to: o BCM (Business Continuity) o SecOps (Vulnerability Management / Security Incident Response) o TPM (Third-Party Management) o Performance Analytics for GRC • Experience with Agile delivery and enterprise project methodologies.
