Role Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled ServiceNow IRM (Integrated Risk Management) Architect to design, implement, and enhance IRM solutions on the ServiceNow platform. The ideal candidate will bring strong architectural expertise, deep IRM knowledge, and experience working with cross-functional stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
Solution Architecture & Design
- Design and implement end-to-end ServiceNow IRM solutions aligned with business and regulatory requirements
- Architect scalable solutions across:
- Risk Management
- Policy & Compliance
- Vendor Risk Management (VRM)
- Audit Management
- Issue & BCM
Implementation & Development
- Lead end-to-end IRM implementations on ServiceNow
- Translate business requirements into technical designs, workflows, and configurations
- Develop and configure IRM solutions using best practices and upgrade-safe design
Integration & Governance
- Architect integrations with third-party systems using REST/SOAP and MID Server
- Ensure adherence to architecture governance, coding standards, and security practices
- Conduct solution reviews, impact analysis, and performance optimization
Collaboration & Leadership
- Act as technical SME for IRM and guide developers/admins
- Collaborate with Security, Audit, Compliance, and IT teams
- Conduct workshops, demos, and stakeholder sessions
Technical Expertise
- Strong experience in ServiceNow IRM architecture and data models
- Expertise in:
- Scoped applications, Flow Designer, ACLs
- Business Rules, Client/Server Scripts (JavaScript)
- UI Policies and configurations
- Solid understanding of GRC/IRM frameworks (ISO, NIST, SOX, GDPR, PCI)
- Experience with CI/CD, ATF, and performance tuning
- Hands-on experience with enterprise integrations
Required Skills & Experience
- 10+ years of overall IT experience
- 7+ years of hands-on experience in ServiceNow IRM/GRC
- Strong expertise in IRM modules and workflows
- Experience working in regulated environments (preferred)
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
Certifications (Mandatory/Preferred)
- CSA – Certified System Administrator
- CAD – Certified Application Developer
- CIS – ITSM
- CIS – Risk & Compliance (IRM)
Education
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science / IT / related field
Location - Open for Pune (preferred), Bengaluru, Hyderabad, Chennai, Kolkata
