ServiceNow IRM Engineer-Operational Resilience-GRC

Key Responsibilities:

ServiceNow Configuration & Development

• Design, implement, and maintain scalable solutions across Compliance & Risk domains.
• Perform hands-on ServiceNow IRM configuration, including workflows, scripting, UI policies, ACLs, integrations, and CMDB management.
• Develop and integrate APIs using JavaScript and RESTful services.
• Participate in the full software development lifecycle: requirements gathering, design, build, test, and deployment.

Collaboration & Mentorship

• Work closely with Engineers, Architects, and Product Owners in an Agile/Scrum environment.
• Provide technical guidance, conduct code reviews, and mentor junior team members.

Continuous Improvement & Innovation

• Recommend improvements to existing ServiceNow solutions and optimize performance.
• Stay updated with emerging technologies, including ML/Generative AI, to enhance ServiceNow capabilities.

Minimum Qualifications:

• 3+ years of hands-on experience with ServiceNow IRM.
• 8+ years of overall development experience.
• Proficiency in JavaScript, RESTful APIs, XML, AngularJS.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• BS/MS in Computer Science or related discipline.

Preferred Qualifications:

• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator.
• Experience with GCP, Agile/SAFe frameworks.
• Exposure to ML/Generative AI (desirable).
