Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and implement solutions on the ServiceNow IRM/GRC platform.
  • Configure and customize ServiceNow IRM applications based on business requirements.
  • Develop and maintain:
  • Business Rules
  • Client Scripts
  • Script Includes
  • Workflows and integrations
  • Support Policy & Compliance management processes within the ServiceNow ecosystem.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver scalable solutions.
  • Participate in troubleshooting, enhancements, testing, and deployment activities.
  • Ensure adherence to ServiceNow best practices and architecture standards.

Required Skills

  • Strong hands-on experience in:
  • ServiceNow IRM
  • ServiceNow GRC
  • Policy & Compliance
  • ServiceNow GRC Architecture
  • Proficiency in ServiceNow scripting, including:
  • Business Rules
  • Client Scripts
  • Script Includes
  • Good understanding of ServiceNow platform customization and integrations.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Certifications Required

  • ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)
  • ServiceNow IRM / GRC Certification
  • Knowledge of JavaScript frameworks such as React, Angular, or jQuery.
  • Familiarity with AWS services including S3, EC2, and Lambda.
  • Experience with Spring Boot and Microservices architecture.
  • Knowledge of CI/CD tools such as Jenkins and Git.
  • Exposure to Windchill APIs and Info*Engine.
  • Experience working in Agile/Scrum delivery environments.
