ServiceNow Integration Specialist

Role: ServiceNow Integration Specialist

Exp: 6 to 8 Years

Location: PAN India

Must-Have

• Determines which method(s) will be used, integration directionality, and attributes

• Participates in any data normalization required prior to being imported / inserted into ServiceNow

• Understand Architecture Solution for the landscape that needs integration across systems

• Understand customer requirements and needs (Stated and Unstated/Hygiene requirements) reg integration, do the play back and perform baseline

• Understand the Inbound and/or Outbound technical requirements for every integration requirements

Good-to-Have

• Excellent technical knowledge of Java / Javascript

• Very good knowledge & experience in using scripting tools (PowerShell / Javascript) to meet the requirements

• Preferred to possess good knowledge in Agile/Scrum methodology or trainable in this area

• Thorough understanding of ITIL processes or trainable in this area
