ServiceNow Integration Development Expert

• Develop and manage ServiceNow integrations using IntegrationHub Spokes, REST APIs, SOAP Web Services, and MID Server.

• Design, implement, and maintain automation workflows using ServiceNow Orchestration.

• Develop custom scripts using JavaScript including Business Rules, Script Includes, Transform Maps, and Flows.

• Integrate ServiceNow with external platforms such as Ansible, vRA, Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, and Splunk.

• Work with web services and data formats including JSON, XML, and CSV for seamless data transformation and integration.

• Utilize middleware platforms such as MuleSoft and Kafka for enterprise-level integrations.

• Troubleshoot and resolve integration-related technical issues efficiently.

• Prepare and maintain technical documentation for integrations, workflows, and system processes.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver scalable integration solutions.

• Ensure integration solutions follow best practices, security standards, and performance benchmarks.
