Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow HRSD professional with strong architectural, development, and stakeholder management capabilities. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience designing and delivering scalable HRSD solutions while collaborating with product teams, platform teams, and business stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities1 HRSD Architecture & Design
  • Lead the design and implementation of scalable HRSD solutions.
  • Translate product demand/ad-hoc requirements into technical solutions.
  • Ensure compliance with architectural and governance standards.
2 Stakeholder & Product Collaboration
  • Work closely with stakeholders and business teams to gather requirements.
  • Review user stories based on Product Owner inputs.
  • Design user-centric workflows and process automation solutions.
3 Platform & Upgrade Coordination
  • Collaborate with platform teams during upgrades and releases.
  • Ensure HRSD modules align with platform-wide changes.
4 Module Enhancements

Hands-on enhancements across:

  • Case Management
  • Lifecycle Events
  • Employee Center
  • ACL configurations
5 Integrations
  • Design and support REST API integrations with third-party systems.
  • Enable seamless data exchange and workflow automation.
6 Governance & Best Practices
  • Define and enforce architectural standards.
  • Conduct technical reviews (ACLs, integrations, complex stories).
  • Ensure scalability, maintainability, and performance.
7 Technical Leadership
  • Act as SME for resolving complex technical issues.
  • Guide team members through blockers.
8 Support & Deployment
  • Manage deployments across INT and PROD environments.
  • Handle incidents and OOB ServiceNow issues.
