Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Demonstrate expertise in the HRSD module of ServiceNow.
Configure and customize ServiceNow using Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, Flow Designer, ACLs, Script Includes, and UI Scripts.
Develop and maintain web components using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript (GLIDE).
Integrate ServiceNow with other IT systems using REST and SOAP APIs.
Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure solutions meet business needs.
Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve technical and functional issues within ServiceNow.
Implement and maintain Configuration Management Database (CMDB).
Work with regional databases such as MySQL and SQL for integrations and reporting.
Maintain documentation of functional and technical designs, test cases, and configurations.
